Hi Friends!

This is more of a channeled message from Spirit. As I was cozied up in my new favourite sweater that my friend gifted me and a cup of cacao, I share how there aren't any rules to how we create anything.

This expands into how to choose states of being that are loving and satisfying for you and how to become very aware of those "autopilot" states that are familiar and discouraging.

Spirit really wanted to talk about that "one story" that you've been telling for a really long time that every single cell in your body can hear that is a disservice to your well being, hearts desires and your mental garden.

It was affirmed beautifully with an Oracle card at the end.
