Tonight's Guest is Command Sergent Major Ricky F Burt's.  Sergent Major and I served together when I was with the 10th Mountain Division.  He was the 1SG for Bravo Company 3/14 when I was a light infantry team leader at Ft Drum.  After his service with the 10th Mountain Division he became a Command Sergent Major with the 101st Airborne Division.  During his 27 year military career he held every light infantry position from Squad Leader to Battalion Command Sergent Major.  He is not only a remarkable man, but one of my first mentors early in my career.
