Hi everyone,

Happy New Year everyone! and welcome to our first episode of 2023, and what's more is that it's our 50th episode!

Today we wanted to start the new year with a pause for thought, by reflecting back on some of our previous episodes in which we discussed the real "business" of what we all do. We wanted to highlight that by effectively using the quieter time over the next few months we can all work towards achieving success and sustain our businesses in 2023 and beyond.

We also talk briefly about hybrid shooting, our intention to bring focus to this in future podcast episodes, and our own aspirations to grow this side of our business.

We can't wait to get started on this year's episodes and look forward to continuing to grow our community together.
