  1. Start with Why - Take time to teach and strive for understanding vs. simply telling
  2. How - Involve the team on how to solve the problem. Define the roles of your changes agents. 
  3. What - Communicate constantly, set milestones, remind the team the WHY and measure progress
  4. Reflect, Adjust and Support
    5. Assess progress and adjust. Take action, Create a safe environment where ideas can be challenged for the betterment of the project.
