After building up our pipeline (lead generation), now its time for us filter those leads to pre-qualify. So here are some of the common triggers heard from either motived and not motivated sellers.

Motivated

  • Recent Relocation
  • Inherited Property
  • Just evicted 
  • Ran out of cash

Not Motivated

  • Willing to sell for the right price
  • Open to hearing an offer 

Always consider the overall tonality of how they say things and trust your judgement in every situation. One way or another, it is to solve a problem, and figuring out how to be in the best position to help the sellers as well. Most often than not, it works both ways. When you solve their problem, they'll solve yours too, It's a done deal!
