This Thursday our Director James Dean, was joined by Tom Strickx, the Edge Network Technical Lead at Cloudflare. 

'Things break, and normally at the most inconvenient times. It is vital to understand how to respond to things when they go wrong'.

Tom tells us that the most important lesson that he's learned during his time in the industry, is that incident management is one of the most important skills to have.

Tom runs us through the fundamental skills that he believes every Networking Engineer should have the ability to do, in order to troubleshoot these issues.
