Bobby Cooper Jr. is the managing

partner of El Cheapo Lifts, an equipment rental company serving the needs of

construction companies and contractors.

Bobby experienced tragedy in life and

continues to move forward with running a successful business.

Bobby said One thing I do know is that

I don’t know it all and time is so important. The time that you have here on

this planet is so important that you cannot let any of it go. It really is. I

would say a lot of my thinking is focused on managing my state. My focus is to

lead the people who work with me. I’m learning not to do everything myself but

use the combined force and power of we

versus the power of just me. I know I can’t do it alone. I’ve learned to really

trust people a lot more. It’s been difficult and very challenging.
