I absolutely love this question as I have been dancing since I was a little girl, and it's helped me heal in so many ways.

And you don't have to be a professional dancer to reap the benefits, I am not a professional dancer.

This question opened up the conversation for healing from sexual trauma and also how I do believe we are all here to love each other back to life.
