The founder of Shirley's Way heard stories of people losing everything because they were too sick to work, being burdened with piling bills while fighting for their lives; all the while losing his mother to her own battle.
He made a promise to his mom, Shirley, that he would do something different in offering support to those experiencing financial hardships brought on by cancer. This was the beginning of Shirley's Way.
