Comparing our end results to the clearly expressed picture of the vision for those results is Closing the Clarity Loop.  Being sure to avoid the trap of looking at results simply against a desired outcome, and not a documented outcome, is challenging and rewarding.  When we hold ourselves accountable to a clearly expressed goal, we will be more likely to put the work of gaining clarity into the beginning of the process.  We will also be more likely to hold ourselves accountable throughout the process.  This is what gets results.
