Welcome to Episode 6. Today we’ll talk to Mr Positivity - that’s how I think of our guest Ned Philips, Founder and CEO of Bambu (https://bambu.co/), a leading Fintech firm of robo-advisory technology for businesses transforming the digital wealth space.

Ned moved to Asia over 30 years ago and after working for many years in the finance and technology industries, in 2016 he made the leap and Founded Bambu. We met when Bambu had 2 staff members and I was managing the launch his very first client project. It was a very exciting project and I learned so much from him - including how to stay positive during challenging times. Today we’ll talk about building and maintaining a supportive and fun work environment which leads to high levels of staff loyalty - something rare during these times.
