At about 5:30 pm on January 2, 1999 was the last time 11 year old Mikelle Biggs was seen in her small community of Mesa Arizona. Mikelle and her younger sister played as they waited on the ice cream truck to roll down their street but after Kimber ran back home for just 90 seconds something terrifying happened. Still twenty years later, nobody knows exactly what happened or where Mikelle Biggs is.
