About our guest

Ty Nathan Clark is an American artist, writer, designer, and filmmaker. His work has been shown across the United States and he is currently represented in Houston, LA, San Francisco and New York and has upcoming shows in Austin and central Texas this year.

Ty has traveled to 5 continents while living, creating and learning in over 20 countries and cultures around the world. Ty was named one of ten contemporary artists in Austin to watch in 2017 and 2019 by Culture Trip.

In 2019, his Award-Winning film ‘Jump Shot’ was an official selection for SXSW Film Festival and several others across the US. 

He has spearheaded collaborations with other artists, organizations, and communities around the world for the past two decades, advancing support and dialogue around issues regarding arts, culture, community building and culture care.

In 2021 he began the “Ty Nathan Clark Artist Mentorship Program”, a quarterly program for established and emerging international artists.
