Laura is a spiritual teacher and IFS therapist, as well as a researcher and author with a PhD in psychophysics. She first encountered IFS ten years ago—by accident—when she mistakenly signed up for what she thought was a Family Constellations workshop. Instead, it turned out to be an IFS Constellations workshop, which helped her to powerfully connect with her grieving and anxious parts.
