A change is made.  Fear is locked in a box on Monday and revisited on Friday.

The bubble that surrounds us only surrounds us as long as we let it.  If you can see what's happening. If you can understand the reason for your actions or reactions you can make the change to put that aside and change how content gets filtered to you.
