Yes, of course that statement is a bit facetious, but the point is this: If you consider all of your bases covered because you take a multivitamin, are you still thinking of that salad? Are you still going to be taking in good, whole food sources? Or, as is often the case, once you’ve taken that multivitamin do you think you’re free to eat whatever else you want?
