In today's episode, our Senior USA Consultant Harry Green was joined by John Cavanaugh. 

John has been in the industry for nearly 40 years now, he walks us through his experience working at Cisco during the early 90s, learning about his time participating in some of the companies' huge developments which had led them to be in the position they are today. 

Later in his career, he transitioned into the Cyber Security space and is now the Cheif Technology Officer at Netcraftsmen. 

He helps us understand how he thinks we can work towards fixing the huge skills gap within the Cyber Security space right now, as well as highlighting his main concerns within this field right now including this increase in ransom attacks that continue to occur.
