A once thriving shipbuilding business that was started in 1899 had to be sold in 1939 to avert its closure after the owner passed away and the company came under the watch of someone who was not capable of taking the helm. The new owner literally saved a sinking ship and helped thrive under their watch. Now 84 years under their watch and 3 generations! Lots of lessons learned for sure. Bravo!
