Sky Nelson-Issacs, physicist, musician, and author, sits down with Aalia to discuss his view and vision for a better future, which consists of inviting synchronicity and flow into our lives. He defines synchronicity (07:30) and explains how we can bring context to our lives to promote growth and healing (10:50). Sky, recognizing that our lives can bring about challenging times, also has worked to create ways to see the full picture even in the face of adversity (14:20). While a lot of Sky’s work is conceptual, he ensures that his work can be used in a practical sense (18:46), so that we can make decisions that make our desires a reality (21:45). Sky also understands that this work can be used to positively impact policy as seeing the entire picture uncovers how our system is not whole or sustainable (28:00). Shifting our world view to be less restrictive and more accepting is important to Sky and he hopes to continue spreading his message to bring about meaningful change (41:00).
