Joey Dumont considers himself a recovering douchebag. He was one of "those" guys - a peacocking urban male, with expensive suits, german cars and Swiss watches. He was living the life that people envied, however, it was all a mask for anxiety, episodic depression and years of trauma. This fast lifestyle came to an end when he realized that if he was going to experience the true fullness of life, a shift was needed.
