Look at the leads you have as far back as 6 months, send them a simple email.
When prospect has received proposal and hasn’t responded:
Subject: Haven’t heard from you OR Cleaning out my pipeline OR Did zombies attack?
Body: I haven’t heard back from you so I’m going to assume either you’ve gone in a different direction or your priorities have changed. Let me know if we can be of assistance in the future.
When prospect is in early communication stages (no proposal, but after about a month):
Subject: Haven’t heard from you OR Cleaning out my pipeline OR Did zombies attack?
Body: I’m cleaning out my inbox and I realized I hadn’t heard back from you about X. I’m going to assume either you’ve gone in a different direction or your priorities have changed. Let me know if we can be of assistance in the future.
