This Thursday our Co-Founder & Director George Barnes, was joined by Ethan Jackson.

Ethan has been in the Networking industry for 7 years now where he started out as an Apprentice Network Engineer. Since then, he’s moved his way up and out of Apprenticeship roles, into higher positions and is now currently working as a Network Engineer.

Ethan talks to us about his route into the industry, and his experience completing his apprenticeship, which was orientated around getting kick-started in the Networking space. 

It was interesting to learn that a degree isn't the only route to get started out in the world of Networking, the pair encourage other organisations to consider onboarding apprentices, and they tell us where to go to find these opportunities. 

As a younger person first starting out their career, it was great to learn from Ethan about his experience working in this space and his plans for the future.
