We often have expectations and sometimes complaints about others, but we don’t take the time to reflect upon the quality of our own presence with our commitments. If we say “yes,” we need to understand what that means and what’s expected of us. Finding that clarity is the first step. The second step is reflecting on whether or not we can deliver.
