Roshauna is an amazing woman, wife and mama to three little ones she has worked from the bottom as a sales associate, to becoming a part-time Supervisor at Victoria’s Secret.  Later becoming a Customer Service/Operations Manager.

After becoming a wife and mother to three boys, she discovered retail was no longer a place for her, she completed her Bachelors in Business Administration in 2013 and her Masters in Business Administration in 2015.

Her experiences and education in business has enabled her to help small businesses find the correct model, decide on their short and long term goals that will increase their profit.
