We hear the word resilient all the time — but what does it actually mean? And how is it different from just surviving?

In this episode, I break down the real definition of resiliency through both a mental health lens and lived experience. We explore the difference between resilience and survival mode, why so many of us confuse the two, and how being “strong” doesn’t always mean pushing through. I also share personal reflections on pausing, self-trust, and what resilience can look like in everyday life — not just during major hardships.

This episode is for anyone who’s felt overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or questioning what real strength actually looks like.
