Today our host Maddy Norris welcomed Silvia Saldana, the Transport network manager at Telia Company onto our Women in Tech spin-off series.

Silvia talks to us about her unique perspectives, including that being a minority isn't nessecairly a bad thing. With her positive outlook, she shares with us how being a minority can be used to your advantage, by enabling you to stand out. It allows you to be instantly recorgnised, without needing to have to try and get people's attention.

She shares with us what makes a good leader, some of the traits being empathy and good listening skills.
