Richard Rosenberg is CTO at SpendDesk and previously at the Financial Times and Hotels.com. He talks about his 25 years of experience in the tech industry and his background in software engineering.

While at Sky, his team was the first to create a subscription live TV product on an iPhone, which was showcased at WWDC. In this podcast, he discusses Spendesk's tech stack and how it  evolved to support growth and efficiency. 

Richard  recommends the book "The Chimp Paradox" by Professor Steve Peters, which he found to be helpful for understanding how the brain works and improving performance.
