Martha knew that she wanted to be in a profession that would be centred around helping people and naturally pursued a career in nutrition. She lived her life built on the foundations of healthy eating, movement and soulful living. In 2018, Martha's perception of healthy living was sidelined with a cancer diagnosis. Suddenly, she realized that she was no longer “perfectly” healthy.
