March is known as women's month and it is only fitting that I start off the month talking about women and the things they go through. In this episode I am joined by Seidi Quetzal, a fellow Ming Chuan University graduate, and we talk about mental health, postpartum depression and period poverty. These are all topics that both males and females need to place a higher importance on.
