Our Eternal Self holds the key to unravelling confusion, overwhelm, distress and collapsing the veil of illusion. 

Many are searching for answers 'Out There' outside of themselves, singing up for and joining this and that course, following numerous Guru's,  becoming increasingly  confused and conflicted. 

If this disharmony is unsettling you, tune in to this meditation as often as you need, it will bring you back to your peaceful, confident, strong and stable self.  In this silence with me beyond the noise and busyness outside you will become still and gently concentrate in the silence focusing on your point of eternal energy.   As I guide you deeper and deeper within you will remember....you will realize that you have great resources, great power within yourself.  Inside you lies all the things you need to make your life happier and more peaceful.
