In today’s episode, our Senior USA Consultant Harry Green was joined by Greg Williams. 

 Greg has been in the industry for over 30 years now, being in many senior positions along the way, and is now the Director of Service Delivery at All Covered. He walks us through his experience from where it all started in his first job in tech as a sales guy to where he is today. 

He helps us understand the current skills gap in the industry and what aspiring Network Engineers and hiring managers need to do to get into the industry or what to look out for when hiring.  

He delves into the importance of being able to think outside the box slightly, that not every job requires physical presence and to consider changing your requirements to remote if you are struggling to fill roles.
