Our Managing Consultant Billy Holloway was joined by Mathew Crawford the Head of Wireless at Glide UK. 

Matthew talks to us about how different qualifications enabled him to learn different skills. He tells us how his degree enabled him to learn critical thinking, whilst certifications filled in the gaps that uni can't provide. He recommends what route into the industry may be best for you. 

Matthew specialises in wireless, he talks to us about the projects he's working on as well as where he sees the industry going. As a CWNE, he tells us what his experience was like completing this certification and the challenges you can expect to face.
