Pregnancy is a beautiful yet anxious time in a woman's life, especially for a first time mum! You spend so much time focusing on conceiving that you have no idea what changes your body and mind are about to go through.

Being British-Indian, pregnancy and what a woman goes through during her pregnancy is still not a talked about subject. Even in the 21st century there's a taboo around not talking openly about what a woman is actually going through whilst being pregnant. 

I want to break this stigma and provide women with some support on what to expect before, during and after pregnancy.
