Alison Jane Ryan is a Postpartum Coach who is passionate about providing women with the resources, tools & support they need to end their suffering and THRIVE in the early months & years after becoming a mother. Alison and her husband of 17 years have two young, vibrant daughters and reside just west of Minneapolis, MN. She is muti-passionate and loves to dance, have deep & meaningful conversations with women, play music and walk in nature.
