This was due to be an episode about diversity. But Graham wasn't where he wanted to be for a discussion on a sensitive topic like that.

So we switched to something else. That skill and acceptance is important for leaders, and an important lesson: Don't have difficult or sensitive conversations when you're not ready to hold the energy they need.

Instead, we decided to explore that switch. That honest self-awareness that enables us to choose the right path for where we are right now.
