During a social with a couple of my friends, I witnessed the startling truth, one, sometimes two, in every three people I saw on Lincoln's Highstreet were unhealthily overweight.

Obesity is a national problem. It's putting a strain on the NHS, friends, family, the workplace and parents. There are zero benefits to being unhealthy.
