Being three years into the show, I felt it was time to start shining some spotlight back on older solid episodes every once in a while. So here we go!

This is, what I still believe to be an awesome conversation with Dr. Hanisha Patel, ND, who is a Naturopathic Doctor and owner of the brand Mahan Health. It was her own journey in dealing with health issues that lead her to now focusing on gut health, Integrative Fertility, Pregnancy &  Postpartum Care & lots more, helping tons find their great, or "mahan" health of their own!
