Your expectations of what one person can do and what their skills are should be tame. People will often say yes to everything and oversell what they can do. Don't be oversold, ask questions, ask for examples, ask that others join in on the hiring/recruiting too. In the end, if your expectations are that you can hire one person/company to do 5 things, it is very likely that you find someone but that they won't do most of those things well and your business/project/campaign could pay for it. Yes, there are always exceptions to the rule, but do make sure you talk to all of the people that will be working on a project and make sure that the skills you are being promised are real and that your expectations for what they can do are realistic too!
