Rosa reminds us how adversity happens to everyone, it's a fact of life.  We get to decide how to respond to adversity and how it can make us better and remind us about how our decisions affect others.  Even when leadership fails us, or when others fail to see how their role has an impact on others, you can make a difference by choosing not to let it distort your values or who you are in those moments.  This is part two of the conversation about day zero.
