Everyday, we’re surrounded by design. But how often do we think about those who spend hours designing our world? 

And beyond that, how are the creatives that design our world treated? How is their creative energy cultivated and encouraged within the the larger profit driven capitalist system? If it’s not being properly cultivated and encouraged, is there a better way?
