Today’s guest Loredana Bruna, is the local coordinator for the Miami Shoebox Project. Originally from Montreal, Lori moved to Florida in 2010. This is her second year as a local coordinator but she’s been part of this project since 2018.
The Shoebox organization started in Canada and is now in 3 Countries. Canada, USA and UK. They collect items for women and fill shoeboxes for them to have during the holiday season.
When the Shoebox project reached out to various shelters, they were informed that they had an overflowing amount of toys for the children during the holidays, but not much for their moms. Together we can all make a difference in these women’s lives one box at a time. Buckle up!
