Since 1997, after a successful career in AI (artificial intelligence), Jonathan Altfeld has been offering unique and innovative NLP-based workshops around the globe.  One of the many things he does is called Genius Mapping, where he figures out how experts in their fields do what they do, both from a conscious and unconscious perspective.  Someone who is remarkably good at something might not necessarily be able to explain how they do it — part of their competence is unconscious.  Through Genius Mapping, Jonathan Altfeld has figured out how to map that ability so others can do it too.  We get a hands-on example in this episode, where he maps Satch’s ability to understand troubled students.
