Iztok Cop is a retired rower from Slovenia that raced across 6 Olympic Games. Along that journey he picked up multiple Olympic medals, becoming Olympic champion in 2000 as well as world champion on multiple occasions. Best known for his legendary combination with Luka Spik in the double, Iztok also raced in multiple boat classes from his Bronze medal pair to competing against some of the best names in the single scull.
