Rick delves deeper into how Automation is really going to support the shortage of staff in the industry. He sees Automation being a hyper-growth technology that is going to touch every other technology. It will come to a point where people are looking at how they can get more with what they have and that’s where Automation comes in.

They also discuss the challenges they’ve faced going up against huge vendors in the industry and sharing that when you are building a business you need to hustle a lot more.
