Enlightened Abroad sits down with Paul, a chef who traveled from South Africa to serve up his dream of one day opening his own place.  Beyond that Paul has a desire to support folks struggling with depression by providing a place for them to connect and dig into nature.  He's also an ordained minister and all around positive soul.  Thank you Paul for sharing tips on how to live abroad with hope and a smile!
