very real sense, this is basic to what it means to be a Christian.

There is virtually no such thing as a Christian who doesn’t follow

Jesus. But when was the last time you asked where Jesus is calling for

you to follow Him? And when you think about it, following Jesus probably

means embracing some things we might not like. After all, His footsteps

took Him to suffering and death for us, so following Him could be quite

costly. For Hope to shine the light of Jesus as the Savior of the

world, we will have to genuinely and sincerely answer this question: Am I

willing to follow Jesus? Do I really want to? And where is He asking me

to follow?
