Joe is a retired EMS Chief from Rialto Fire Department in California with over 40 years in the fire service and is also the founder of Advanced Cardiac Resuscitation. Joe also sits on the ACR advisory Board as the chairman. Joe believes nothing trumps compressions, nothing! Joe's goal for our industry is to get to 50.1% neurological survival from cardiac arrest by 2030.
