The early part of this podcast has little value for the shelf exam. The end of the discussion seemed to open up a number of gems to consider during prep. The last 10 minutes is of moderate value. 

There is a growing literature on the effect of Gut Flora on mental health and though tantalizing, the research seems to be in very early stages.
