Many of us heard growing up that “early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” But only later in life do we begin to understand its depth.

In this reflection, I share how waking up at 4 AM for the past 60+ days has changed my mindset, discipline, and clarity. The quiet hours before the world wakes up create space for faith, focus, and intentional living.

Because the morning belongs to the one who wants to win.
