Ramon has been my Astroflipping student for quite sometime now and has been crushing it with his own wholesale real estate business. He started as a buy and hold investor and when he ran out of capital, he looked into wholesaling since he saw that this is a good way to get cash also, he'll be able to cherry pick properties he can buy for himself as a buy and hold. He joined Astroflipping August of 2020 because he wanted to learn how to wholesale and do it the right way. Since then he and his team had now become 2nd to the highest in terms of wholesale deal volume in Kansas City and does $40 to $60k a month.
